NO WIN - NO FEE

SL Planning offer a no win no fee planning appeal service. This means that if your appeal fails you will not pay any consultancy fees*.

How it works

If you have received a refusal notice from your Local Planning Authority, SL Planning will undertake a free no obligation appraisal of the reasons for refusal and give you an honest opinion as to whether or not a case for appeal can be made. If we feel a case can be made, we will prepare and submit the appeal on your behalf. If the appeal fails you will not pay any consultancy fees*. If the appeal is allowed you will pay an agreed fixed fee.

* Please note
-Any expenses incurred such as mileage and printing costs will be charged at cost price.
-This service only applies to appeals dealt with by written representations. Hearings and Inquiry’s can be undertaken but normal consultancy fees will apply;
-We will not undertake appeals on a no win no fee basis which we feel risk having costs awarded against us or we feel have no reasonable chance of sucess.
